The assembly of equipment in electronic processing is the process of assembling various electronic components, electromechanical components and structural parts at specified positions according to design requirements to form a complete electronic product with certain functions.

1. The assembly contents of electronic equipment include:
(1) Division of unit circuits
(2) Layout of components
(3) Installation of various components and structural parts
(4) The whole machine assembled
2. Electronic equipment assembly level:
In the assembly process, the assembly of electronic equipment is divided into different levels according to the size, complexity and characteristics of the assembly unit. The assembly levels of electronic equipment in an electronic finished product assembly plant are as follows.
Level 1 Component Level
Features: The assembly level is the lowest, and the structure is inseparable. Mainly for general circuit components, discrete components, integrated circuits, etc.
Level 2 Plug-in Level
Features: For assembling and interconnecting Tier 1 components. For example, circuit boards and plug-ins with components.
Level 3 Subrack Board Level
Features: Plug-in or printed circuit board components for mounting and interconnecting Level 2 assembly.
Level 4 Cabinet Level
Features: The second and third levels of assembly are interconnected by electrical cracking and connectors to form an independent device with certain functions.
Note:
The meaning of components will change when assembled on different levels. For example, when assembling a printed circuit board, components such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors are assembly components. While when assembling the bottom plate of equipment, the printed circuit board is an assembly component.
For a specific electronic device, it is not necessarily available at all assembly levels, but which level should be considered according to the specific situation.
