Classification of PCB Copper Clad Laminates

1. FR-4 A1 grade CCL: This grade is mainly used in electronic products such as military industry, communication, computer, digital circuit, industrial instrumentation, automobile circuit and so on. The quality of this series of products has completely reached the world-class level, and is the highest-grade and best-performing product.

2.FR-4 A2 Grade Copper Clad Laminate: This grade is mainly used for ordinary computers, instruments, advanced home appliances and general electronic products. This series of copper clad laminates are widely used, and various performance indicators can meet the needs of general industrial electronic products. There is a good price performance ratio. Can enable customers to effectively improve price competitiveness.

3. FR-4 A3 Grade CCL: This grade CCL is a FR-4 product specially developed and produced by our company for the home appliance industry, computer peripheral products and general electronic products (such as toys, calculators, game consoles, etc.). Its characteristic lies in the premise that the performance meets the requirements, and the price is very competitive.

4.FR-4 AB Grade Copper Clad Laminate: This grade is a low-grade product. However, various performance indicators can still meet the needs of ordinary home appliances, computers and general electronic products, and its price is the most competitive, and the performance-price ratio is also quite good.

5.FR-4 Class B Copper Clad Laminate:This grade is the secondary product, with poor quality stability, it is not suitable for large-area circuit board products, generally suitable for products with a size of 100mmX200mm. It is the cheapest, but customers should choose to use it carefully.

6.CEM-3 series Copper Clad Laminate: There are three kinds of substrate colors for this kind of products, namely white, black and natural color. Mainly used in computers, LED industry, watches, general home appliances and general electronic products (such as VCD, DVD, toys, game consoles, etc.). Its main feature is that the punching performance is good, and it is suitable for large-scale PCB products that need to be formed by punching process. This series of products has three quality grades of A1, A2 and A3, which can be used by customers with different requirements.
