The position symbol of each component is composed of text symbols (letters) and footnote serial numbers (numbers). Each type of components should be marked with their position sequence number from top to bottom according to their position in the figure, from left to right, such as Ri, R2, R3.., C,, C2, C3… If there is a product composed of several units, its sequence number can be compiled according to the unit, such as 3Rh 3Ci, etc.

For the convenience of reading the diagram, the code and basic data of each component of the PCB manufacturer can be directly written on the diagram, or a component list is attached, which details the number, code, name, model and quantity of each component, etc. When filling in the component list, classify the components and fill in the sequence numbers of similar components from top to bottom. After writing one type of component, leave a row and write another type of component. When assembling the components, the components should be installed and soldered in strict accordance with the components listed in the detailed list. The series components are best drawn on a straight line, and the centers of the symbols of the components are aligned when connected in parallel.
