In the process, the welding of the circuit board is a relatively important process. The quality of the welding process will directly affect the quality of the circuit board. Therefore, welding circuit boards requires certain methods and skills, so what should we do to make it be welded correctly and beautifully?
1. Steps for soldering the circuit board: The preparation before soldering includes the cleaning of the soldering part, the installation of components and the preparation of solder, flux and tools. Hold the solder wire in your left hand and hold the electric soldering iron in your right hand. The tip of the soldering iron should be kept clean and the soldering head should be kept in soldering state at all times.
Heating the weldment: Pay attention to heating the entire weldment, to be evenly heated. Feeding the welding wire: After heating the welding piece to a certain temperature, the welding wire soldering iron touches the welding piece from the opposite side. Remove the welding wire: When the welding wire has melted a certain amount, immediately remove the welding wire.
Remove the soldering iron: Remove the soldering iron after the solder crosses the solder pad or the soldering part of the weldment.
2. Techniques and methods for welding circuit boards: The order of assembly and welding of components is resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, high-power tubes, other components are small and then large. Circuit board welding is actually not difficult.
Adjust the temperature to between 400-450. Don’t shake your hands when soldering circuit board components. Find some waste boards and use a soldering iron to remove the capacitors and resistors. Need to use welding oil to practice hands, use welding oil waste.
If you’re soldering too much, you’ll see it. When soldering components, you need to align the feet and use tweezers to press and solder. If it’s not beautiful, just add spot welding oil and solder it. Brush it off with washing water. The highest level of soldering is to make others invisible to the board. The welding road is long and slowly.
There is not much know-how, only more soldering, which makes perfect, it is best to go online to see other people’s soldering experience. Constant temperature electric soldering iron, high-purity solder with flux, sponge front insert resistance, diodes and other low parts.
Use the sponge to press on the front side, turn the board and the sponge together, and use a heavy object to press on the table to weld. Adjust the temperature with a constant temperature tip 60W soldering iron. Use a soldering iron to melt a little solder wire, and the flux on the tip of the soldering iron should be smoked at a temperature of 2~3 seconds.
The action should be ahead of the soldering iron, then solder, remove the solder and then remove the soldering iron. Post-welded in-line capacitors and other parts with similar height can be installed together as long as the sponge can be pressed. Use scissors to cut off the excess wire after soldering, because the scissors cut more beautifully than diagonal pliers.
