Quality Assurance (Part 1)

Global Vision Technology adheres to the principle of PDCA management improvement, and under the guidance of the ISO9001 system standard, refines the internal management process, improves the supply chain management level, and provides customers with quality product manufacturing services. We strictly control process design, NPI product introduction, DFM inspection, PCBA manufacturing, quality control points in testing, and personnel training to form a set of quality management systems.

DFM Inspection
Check the following items of the customer’s design PCB, BOM, schematic diagram, and finished product assembly manual:
File version and last update time
Process: Leaded/Lead-free
Clear component number and silkscreen
BOM containing manufacturer’s brand and part number, description, and tag number
Confirm PCB production process: material, board thickness, copper thickness, number of layers, surface treatment, character color, and special process
Reasonable PCB layer and boarding method
Provide the correct SMT patch file
Complete program burning and function test plan
Clear finished product assembly manual and schematic diagram
Other special process requirements

New Product Introduction Meeting
Organize sales department, engineering department, production department, purchasing department, quality department and other personnel to hold a new product introduction meeting:
Introduce the client’s project background, product application scope, delivery date, and special requirements in detail
Determine internal customer number and product number
Clarify production batch, purchase, and delivery quantity
Evaluate the process difficulty and key quality control points of the project
Clarify the procurement cycle of PCB and electronic components
Propose a draft production plan
Preparation of jigs, fixtures, and auxiliary materials required in the production process
Clarify the test plan of customer products

PCB Boards
We send out PCB manufacturing and strictly control the following quality key points
High-quality brand plate
Choose the top ten circuit board suppliers in the country
Continue to establish supplier relationship management
It has the ability to complete 3mil line width and line spacing, multi-layer, HDI, impedance, and blind buried vias
All PCBs delivered to our company must be 100% electrical tested

Electronic Components Procurement
100% purchase according to the brand and material number specified in the customer’s BOM (unless the customer agrees to purchase other alternative materials in writing due to the purchase cycle)
Procurement of materials through formal channels such as first-level agents and top traders
Can provide a certificate of origin of the first-level agent
Possess a good centralized procurement advantage, obtain a shorter procurement cycle, the latest material year, stocking advantages, etc.
